- All processing operations on PVC profiles (channels, drilling, marking, holes for the lock and handles, hinges, etc.) are performed using CNC control on three high-precision milling blocks with 11 tools
- All cutting angles between 30 - 150 degrees are positioned with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees. The movement of the cutting unit with a saw blade diameter of 500 mm is controlled by a servo-motor axis
- Thanks to the possibility of automatic positioning according to the profile height, the servo-motor sawing axis cuts quickly and stably
- By using 3 independent milling blocks, three milling processes are performed simultaneously (holes for the handle, lock, groove, etc.) This significantly reduces the processing time of door profiles
- When using a three-drill head, the process takes place at once
- Together with the processed profile, 11 profiles (maximum length 6.5 m) can be loaded into the loading station.
- To minimize operator errors, sensitive magnetic sensors are used to monitor and then software-check the profile width and height with the required data
- The use of a lifting system at the loading station allows for independent loading and unloading of profiles. This feature results in minimal time loss during loading.
- A special interface developed by the Schtec software department allows for trouble-free operation. The interface is fully compatible with all Windows programs
- Using the "Optimization" option, the machine automatically optimizes the profile residues.
- All warnings, messages and errors are displayed on the screen, with a menu of possible solutions.
- High-performance industrial computer Beckhoff with Windows XP Embedded, fanless, 15 "touch screen, operating in the range of 0°C ÷ 55 °C

- The automatic chip removal system is located in the saw section. Using the waste separation system, waste in the form of waste chips and cuttings is collected separately on two carts. These can be easily transported from the machine for cleaning.
- OPTIONS:
- The center can be combined with an automatic double screwdriver with the possibility of fitting a three-drill head, for cases of drilling holes for the handle, through the reinforcement. The screwdriver units are positioned by servo motors
