MAGIO III

The device is designed as a semi-automatic auxiliary manipulator for loading profiles Fe, AL, PVC, wood and other bar materials on the conveyor belts of transport tanks of production lines or machining centers.

The Magio III automatically adjusts to the transfer height relative to the profile bar stack. The operator moves one and then the other end of the profile onto the loader conveyor belt. The profile is practically only easier when moving. Moving does not require additional profile alignment in the loader.

The operator starts the loading duty cycle.

The motor-hydraulic system raises the profile to the programmed height

The pneumatic cylinder moves the motorized transport arms into the area of the take-over bridge

The motor arms move and align the profile at the zero edge of the bridge

The motor-hydraulic system lowers the arms so that it passes the profile to the bridge

Pneumatic cylinders move the arms out of the aisle.

The laser search engines will instruct you to set a new loading position
