LPZ G-MODUL production line
Line for fully automatic processing of "AL shaped hollow and solid profile bars" up to 7,450 mm in length. The line is composed of interconnected segments - modules, whose work coordination, as well as the simultaneously running production processes in them, is controlled by a custom-written CNC line control program KOMANDOR.
LPVC - AZIMUT production line
This version of the production line allows fully automatic processing of plastic profile bars made of (PVC, PE, PP, PC, PA, SI, PVAC, PTFE,) up to 6,500 mm in length. The line is composed of interconnected segments – modules, the work coordination of which, as well as the simultaneously running production processes in them, is controlled by a custom-written CNC line control program AZIMUT.
Cutting and milling center PRISMA COMBI
This machine version allows for automatic spatial cutouts and processing of AL hollow profiles ends by interpolated drilling and milling within the range of the specified technical parameters. The machine is designed as an intelligent 7-axis machine with CNC controlled axes and a touch control panel.

This machine design allows for automatic processing of AL hollow multi-chamber profiles from three sides with one clamping of the material. The machine is primarily intended for complete processing of profiles intended for mounting foot controls and locks used on truck platforms.

This machine version is designed for engraving pictograms on AL welded truck platforms using the milling method. The machining range, platform size and pictogram placement position are determined by the side material stops.
